If you wish to cancel the order, we will refund the purchase price as soon as the goods have been returned. If you wish to replace the item, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product. Personalised and customised orders are excluded from the return guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
