DESCRIPTION
The Onoto Journals are specially commissioned by Onoto and hand-bound in England by skilled craftsmen using centuries old techniques and traditional 1940s sewing machines.
Our specially selected paper is milled in Cumbria in the UK at one of the few remaining paper mills. It has excellent performance and is the perfect companion to Onoto Pens. With little ‘feathering’ when using a fountain pen, and reduced show-through to the underside of the sheet, this is the very best 100gsm paper that is proudly produced in Britain.
The British made paper used in all our Notebooks and Journals is part of a programme of carbon capture run by The Woodland Trust under their Woodland Carbon scheme, whereby part of the sale is paid into the scheme as we use the paper, for woodland to be created.
