All of our deliveries will be tracked and insured. The delivery charges are based on destinations:
- UK - Orders under £50.00: £4.99 + VAT. Orders over £50.00: Free Shipping
- Europe – £14.99 + VAT (Option to upgrade to Courier Delivery £24.99 + VAT)
- Worldwide – £19.99 (Option to upgrade to Courier Delivery £29.99)
EU countries include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Items with standard specifications, i.e. no options are chosen, will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery lead time can be delayed in some circumstances. For example if you have requested personalisation of your order such as engraving or change of fittings. If for any reason we are unable to meet our delivery commitments, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date or offer you the option to cancel or select other goods. Delivery times will vary from country to country but please leave at least a couple weeks from when your order has been dispatched before contacting us.
We use Royal Mail International Tracked Service for EU and Worldwide deliveries and the 'delivery aim' is 7-10 working days. If you wish to receive your order earlier than this, you can update shipping to courier at the checkout. The Onoto Pen Company Limited complies with the Distance Selling Directive and UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. It is a cornerstone of our business that any item purchased may be returned within 30 days for a full refund without question. If you have placed an order which has not been fulfilled, you may cancel it at any time prior to delivery, without penalty. , we will advise the necessary course of action at that stage. If you wish to cancel the order, we will refund the purchase price as soon as the goods have been returned. If you wish to replace the item, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product. Personalised and customised orders are excluded from the return guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
