Delivery Options

• All UK orders over £50 are shipped for free using Standard UK Delivery. Please refer to the table for other delivery options.
• All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.
• Orders sent to addresses outside of the UK will not be subject to UK VAT but they may be subject to local taxes and customs charges which are the recipients’ responsibility.
• Orders of items in stock are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days.
• Personalisations, such as engravings or nib modifications, normally take up to 1-2 weeks.
• The lead times for your bespoke orders are indicated at checkout.
• Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. When placing your order the expected delivery date will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
• Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
• All orders come packed in our branded luxury presentation boxes, free of charge.
• If for any reason we are unable to meet our delivery commitments, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date or offer you the option to cancel or select other goods.
