Crafted in deep black acrylic, the Hanami Pen provides a striking backdrop for delicate floral engraving brought to life by hand.

The cap is intricately engraved with blossoming sakura and gently drifting petals, capturing the moment when cherry blossoms fall through the spring air. Each blossom and petal is carefully hand-gilded in soft tones of gold and pink by skilled artisans, creating a refined contrast against the dark surface and giving the design a sense of movement and warmth.

On the barrel, the classic inscription “Onoto the Pen – Made in England” is engraved in keeping with traditional Onoto heritage. Near the top of the barrel, the word Hanami and the Japanese characters 花見 are finely engraved and individually hand-gilded in gold, adding a subtle cultural reference that completes the theme of blossom viewing.
